How do I log on to my team’s website?

New Customer?  You will need to create an account.  From the homepage, click on New User? Register Here or click on Create an Account and fill out the form.   Add your team by entering the team code provided by your Coach. 

Returning Customer?  On the homepage, enter your email and password and click on Login.   Add your team by entering the team code provided by your coach.

 

What if I forget my password?

On the homepage, click on Forgot my password?.  Complete the form and a temporary password will be emailed to you immediately.  Be sure to check the junk folder, if nothing is received in your inbox.

 

Where can I get the team code?

Your team’s Coach will provide the code.

 

Why do I need a team code?

Your Coach has created a team site for your shopping convenience which is only accessible by invitation only.  This team code will give you access to all of the items your Coach has selected for purchase.

 

I ordered a medium, but need a small, how can I change my order?

No changes can be made once the order is placed online or after your team site has closed.   If your team site is still open, cancel the order and place it again.  To cancel your order, please email info@buddysallstars.net the details of your request.

 

What time does the site close?

 Your team site will expire at 12:00am PST.

 

What is the return/exchange policy?

Return Items You Ordered

All custom decorated and/or personalized merchandise, footwear, and headwear cannot be returned or exchanged as sales are final.  Any merchandise not purchased from Buddy’s All Stars, but decorated or personalized by Buddy’s All Stars, is not eligible for return or exchange as sales are final.

Any other merchandise to be considered for return or exchange must be submitted to Buddy’s All Stars within 10 business days from delivery of the order to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.  To obtain a RA number, contact our customer service team via e-mail at: info@buddysallstars.net or through any method listed on the Contact tab at www.buddysallstars.net.

Merchandise eligible to be returned for credit or exchange will be charged a 20% restocking fee, per item, plus any applicable shipping fees.  Any merchandise sent to Buddy’s All Stars and deemed not eligible to be returned for credit or an exchange will be returned to the customer at their cost and expense.

 

Return Items Due to Our Error

All merchandise needing to be returned due to our error must be requested within 5 business days from delivery of the order. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition (unworn and unwashed), including any original packaging and tags, as received by the consumer.  

All merchandise returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.  To obtain a RA number, contact our customer service team via e-mail at: info@buddysallstars.net or through any method listed on the Contact tab at www.buddysallstars.net.  Any merchandise sent to Buddy’s All Stars and deemed not eligible to be returned for credit or an exchange will be returned to the customer at their cost and expense.

 

I’ve requested a refund, but haven’t seen a credit, why not?

 If you have received a refund confirmation via email, it may take up to 14 business days to process.  Credit will be issued to the credit card charged on the original order and should reflect on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

 

How can I pay for my order online?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard symbols.  At this time, we do not accept C.O.D’s, bitcoins, money orders, procurements cards, or any form of checks.

 

Where will my order ship to?

Your team Coach has determined orders will be shipped to the school campus.

 

Can I have my order shipped to my home instead of the school?

If you insist your order to be shipped to you directly and not to the campus, please contact our office by email to: info@buddysallstars.net.  Additional shipping fees may apply.  Once the team site has closed, shipping addresses cannot be changed.

 

How can I see the status of my order?

Sign on and click on My Orders to view status of your order.  Presently, any changes to details of your order will not be available for viewing online.   If you would like to receive a copy of your updated order, please email info@buddysallstars.net for assistance.

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be fulfilled within 12-15 business days after your team site has closed.

 

I placed an order 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received it, why not?

The most common reason is your team site closing date was extended.  All orders are grouped and processed together once the site has closed.

 

I forgot to buy an item, but have already checked out, can I add to my order?

No changes can be made once the order is placed online or after your team site has closed.  If your team site is still open, you will need to place another order.  No telephone orders will be accepted.

 

Where can I add the player’s name and/or number?

Sign on to your account and look to Favorite Teams under your profile.   Add a team and enter information in the field labeled Player Name/Number (for example, John Johnson #22).   This will need to be completed before you begin adding items to your cart.

 

I had items in my shopping cart and now it’s empty, why?

Your team site has now closed and items are no longer available for purchase, emptying the cart.

 

I missed the deadline, but need to place an order, what do I do?

Please consult your Coach for alternate ordering options.  We do not accept telephone orders for any open or closed team sites.

 

Where can I find sizing information?

On the products page, you can click on sizing charts.

 

I’m trying to register, but the security code isn’t working, what do I do?

If you have attempted twice, you will need to exit the webpage and return; this should reset the code.  If you continue to experience difficulties, please call 818-846-8805 for assistance.

 

I’ve created an account, but still cannot access my team site, why not?

Please review your profile to ensure all required fields have been completed.  If all fields are filled in and the team site is currently active (not closed) and you are still unable to access the site, please call 818-846-8805 for assistance.

 

I’m no longer on the team, how do I cancel my order?

If your team site is still open, please email info@buddysallstars.net your cancellation request.    If your team site has closed, please refer to the Returns/Exchange section on this page.

 

I’m no longer on the team, how do I return my order?

Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.  All other eligible blank items will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  Return of items to Buddy’s All Stars is the customer’s responsibility.  For further details, please refer to the Returns and Exchange section on this page.

 

 

 

General Information

 

Browsing for Merchandise

All customers will need a team code to access merchandise available for purchase.  Please contact your team Coach for your code.  We will not be able to provide this information via email or by phone.

 

 

Ordering

Once an active team code has been added to your profile, you can view the product pages by clicking on the team title located on the left-hand of your screen.  Some items will be noted by team Coach as recommended or required gear.   Any item-specific-options can be selected by using the drop-down menu.  Enter the quantity you desire and click on the “Add to Cart Button”.  After you have successfully added an item to your cart, click on “continue shopping” or click on the tab near the top of the screen labeled “Checkout” to complete your order.

 

 

Shopping Cart

To view or update items in your cart, click on the tab labeled Shopping Cart.  From this screen, you can update the quantity of an item or remove an item from your cart.  If you are updating a quantity for an item, you must click Update Cart after you’ve entered the correct quantity.

If you need to select a different size or color, you will need to remove the incorrect item from your cart and re-add the correct item.  To remove an item from your cart, you must click on the red “X” and click on Update Cart.

 

Checkout

To complete your order and make payment, click either the Shopping Cart or Checkout tab, then click on the red Checkout button to proceed.  Fill out your payment information on the next screen, then click on Save & Continue.   You will need to review your order details then click on “Place Order”.  If you need to make an edit to your order or payment information, you are able to revisit those pages by clicking on the Checkout tab.

Your order will not be placed until you click on Place Order from the order confirmation screen.  An email confirmation of your order will sent to the email address listed in your profile.

 

Packaging and Shipping Fee

This fee incorporates all applicable shipping charges to deliver your items from the product vendor to our warehouse for customization and to ship out to you or your school.  This fee also incorporates the cost to package each individual order as pre-determined by your team Coach.  These combined fees have been decided upon by team Coach.  For further details, please contact your Coach.

 

Sales Tax

Website buddysallstars.net charges sales tax on orders shipping to California and Arizona only.  The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes and will be calculated when your checkout process is completed. 

 

Order Confirmation

Once you have successfully completed the checkout process, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address listed in your profile.  Check your junk folder if you don’t see anything in your inbox.  You can also view and print your order details by signing on to your account and search under My Orders.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect your order at time of delivery.  All returns must be pre-approved by an authorized Buddy’s All Stars representative and must be filed within the required days stated below.  Items sold as irregulars, seconds, or B-grades may not be returned; sales are final.  Customized merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange, all sales are final.

Refunds

Request for refunds will be issued based on the condition of the item(s), how long you have had the item(s), and how the purchase was made.    All refund requests will be confirmed via e-mail and may take up to 14 business days to process.  Credit will be issued to the credit card charged on the original order and should reflect on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

 

Delivery Method

Orders will be shipped to the school campus unless otherwise determined by the Coach.  If you insist your order to be shipped to you directly and not to the campus, please contact our customer service team via e-mail at: info@buddysallstars.net or through any method listed on the “Contact” tab at www.buddysallstars.net.   Additional shipping fees may apply.  Once the team site has closed, shipping addresses cannot be changed.

The site buddysallstars.net ships only within the contiguous US, to Hawaii, and to Alaska.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, international re-shippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.

 

Privacy Policy

Protecting your private information is our priority.  This Statement of Privacy applies to buddysallstars.net and Buddy’s All Stars and governs data collection and usage.  For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Buddy’s All Stars include buddysallstars.net.  By using the Buddy’s All Stars website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. 

 

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, Buddy’s All Stars may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Buddy’s All Stars.  This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses.  This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics referring to the use of the Buddy’s All Stars website.
